Upload one or more files for the authenticated user, applying quota, folder, and upload option restrictions.

Manually trigger the thumbnails background task, optionally rerunning it for existing files (admin only).
/api/upload/partial POST
Upload a single file in sequential chunks. The first chunk is rate limited. Each non-final chunk returns a single-use partialToken, valid for 30 minutes, which must be sent as x-zipline-p-token on the next chunk.
